Usage

setNumberFormat([ thousandSeparator [, decimalPointChar [, signChar ]]])

Description

Sets the characters used for thousand separator, decimal point, and negative sign.

Arguments

thousandSeparator'~'The thousand separator. Use '~' to mean no thousand separator.
decimalPointChar'.'The decimal point character.
signChar'-'The negative sign character.
